Good location, in need of major updating
Pros: location for train station was good, if you need to travel when at the hotel Cons: bathroom floor was dirty, shower head shot back and flooded the bathroom when switched on (which is why the door frame is rotting and the room smells damp), then the temperature of the shower was Hot or V.hot and hardly usable. Also no charging points or sockets near the bed and you have to charge on the desk.

Ok, should have been good train access, but expensive for what we got.
Pros: Good location, but station locked so no access to Heathrow Express in the morning for our train. Cons: The room was booked with a view, wasn’t one, overlooked grubby rooftops.
Helt ok men för dyrt, tar inte mera risken med att återvända dit. Vill inte bli besviken på nytt.
Pros: Frukosten var bra. Hotellets läge var optimalt, speciellt om man tar Heathrow Express från flygfältet till Paddington för att fortsätta därifrån t.ex. till Bath med tåg. Cons: Rummet 237 var i det absolut sista hörnet av det stora hotellet, besvärligt med tungt bagage, vackert inrett, men badrummet hade vattenskador och sprickor i kaklen samt skadade dörrlister, inget man skulle behöva förvänta sig med nästan 400 pund/natt. Frukosten var god men bemötandet av hovmästaren(?) mycket irriterat när hon inte hittade mitt namn på sin dator.

Pros: Accessibility of the train systems to places. Cons: Unfriendly check-in staff with an unhappy face. Facilities in the room is so basic. There wasn’t even cotton buds, toothbrush set, small towels. For an international chain & the price charged, this is by far the worst experience I had.
