Nice hotel, bad taste in my mouth

Pros: Facilities Cons: Paid for a curry where they did not include some of the sides mentioned on the dish initially. We accept this happens, but they brought out the plate without it, or an alternative. We then asked about it, the bar staff went away for 10 minutes and said they would have more tomorrow. Which is unhelpful when eating dinner, nor do they apologise. Then they did not provide an alternative and we had already Paid an extortionate service charge

Pros: The staff where simply amazing, from front of house through to the cleaning staff 5* Cons: N/A

Great location, nice gym and really good breakfast

Pros: Comfortable bed and clean bathrooms Cons: Stayed for hotel but no bell boy or porter to help with luggage.
