Relaxed and memorable
Fantastic location, staff, facilities. Javier and his team were great hosts and done everyting to help our family enjoy what was a great holiday. The breakfast buffet and food choices at dinner were always varied and top quality. A really relaxing resort with an island feel and dedicated staff. The guys at reception Daniel, Pau, Nico were brilliant to deal with. Great cocktails in the bar also.

Beautiful location and views, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to the standard we expected.
Pros: Beautiful location with stunning views. We really enjoyed the two pools, especially the adults only pool. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cons: Overall, the hotel felt quite basic for its category. The rooms were small and lacked a luxurious feel. There is no valet parking and guests have to carry their own luggage. The food was the biggest disappointment, especially dinner at Alma, which was well below our expectations. Breakfast was also very basic, with a standard buffet and nothing particularly special.
