Beautiful property with impeccable customer service
The customer service was a real standout feature of this hotel. The staff were all so kind and went out of their way to make our stay as smooth and special as possible. Their attention to detail in their service was impeccable and make our stay as carefree as possible- down to even the smallest details. They go out of their way for you at all times. A truly outstanding staff team.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. The welcome was very pleasant, the staff very helpful. The hotel is magnificent. The room superb with a very comfortable bed and pillows and perfectly insulated for a quiet night. The bathroom is very well equipped. The breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is easy to access to and from the airport thanks to the shuttle and the Runway. We are delighted with our stay at the Hilton Manila.
