Good besides the hotel staff.

Pros: Clean Cons: All of the culinary/wait staff were wonderful people. about everyone else is absolutely awful. Momo at check in was unenthusiasticly rude. Some bald head white man was aggressive when i made the simple mistake of trying to take a dolly to my room (they had previously let us do so on check in) and they didn’t give me a full refund of my deposit. when i called to ask why i didn’t receive my deposit, the lady in the phone was also very rude, didn’t even try to help me find my stay just said “we can’t find you, nothing i can do, your not in there”. absolutely terrible service for

Needs modernization and improved breakfast buffet

Cons: A/C barely kept up and was noisy. Hallway had a musty smell. TV was small and did not have built in Youtube, netflix etc. extra space should have had a tv also ho, Breakfast buffet quality was low. powdered eggs and lack of selection. Worst Hilton buffet in my travels

Pros: Great location for being downtown MInneapolis. We could easily walk to the restaurants, bars, places we wanted to go. Cons: The check-in hosts could be friendlier.

Would not stay here again

Pros: Not much. Cons: Terrible pillows, bar staff was rude and prices are outrageous. Also got charged for water in the room which seems ridiculous. No shuttle and you have to pay $20 to park there.
