I was only here for one night, and even then for only about six hours, due to a cancelled flight on a Saturday afternoon.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever !!

Appalled by the service and staff at this hotel. Had a room booked as a diamond member and through corporate travel with my company. My flight was delayed putting me into New Orleans at 2:20 in the morning. Next, I could not pick up my rental at New Orlens airport because they were closed at this time of night, tried to catch an uber they could not find me, I walked across the street to the Hilton it was 4:08 at this time. I went to check in and the clerk at the counter told me it's 4:08 you can't check in at this time. She also stated, I just preformed my night audit and put you as a no

Nice quiet quaint hotel with excellent service

It was the best lodging that I had in the New Orleans area.

Pros: It was huge and the decor was upscale and well designed. Cons: Everything was great.

Paid too much for the lack of service provided. Charged too taxes without an explanation.

Pros: The location Cons: Non responsive front desk employees. Asked for maintenance to fix an issue and after an hour or so someone finally showed up. Called the front desk repeatedly for over an hour before someone finally answered the phone. Ask for cleaning service around 8 am and returned around 4 pm and the room still was not cleaned. Again called the front desk several times with no answer and finally had to go and see them in person to finally get the room cleaned. Had to move to another room due to a constant running toilet. Requested shower gel and it was never received it. The ho
