A dated, uncomfortable hotel that falls well below Hilton standards
Pros: It was near the airport Cons: Very disappointing stay and well below the standard I expect from Hilton. The hotel feels dated, with uncomfortable beds, tired bathrooms and noticeable aircraft noise. On my second night, I was woken at 2:30am by people making noise around the pool and had to call reception to intervene. Ultimately, a poor experience at a hotel in serious need of refurbishment.
I had such a wonderful stay at this Hilton! From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me during both my check-in and check-out was amazing, so attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but I truly appreciated his kindness. The ladies at the front desk were also wonderful, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. When I realized the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, the staff took care of it and replaced it for me, which I really appreciated. The
