Okay, but not great
Pros: Location is everything on this hotel, and its proximity to convention centers and restaurants was unmatched. Cons: There were two major things. The rooms, although clean, are in a state of disrepair and need maintenance. It’s more of what you’d experience at a motel. Second is the parking. Not only is it very expensive to park there, the chances of finding a spot may be next to zero and full size trucks are almost not an option.
Great stay in downtown!
Pros: Close to the Delta center! Friendly staff and clean! Cons: Have to pay for parking.
Cons: $40+ for parking after paying over $200 for a one night stay. Ridiculous
Comfortable but you have to fight for what you pay for
Pros: Great central location. Good room size and comfortable Cons: Staff were not welcoming. We had a room booked for 4 with breakfast included but only got given 2 breakfast vouchers because ‘that is their policy’. That is false advertising
Pros: The lady at the front counter was very polite and made checking in easy. Cons: The front counter debited my bank card for fifty dollars in case of damages for which there were none. Also debited my bank card for thirty seven dollars for parking. Instead of reimbursement for fifty dollars they have reimbursed the parking payment and kept the greater amount. DISGUSTING I feel ROBBED.
