Disappointing as this was not a cheap stay so service should be of a higher standard

Pros: The staff were very polite particularly reception. The bed was comfy so I slept well. Cons: The first night I went to the restaurant and sat by the till area. I ordered at 6pm and after waiting for an hour for my salad I asked the waitress where my food was I was told the printer had run out so the kitchen had not received my order. This would be okay as mistakes happen but the same thing happened the next night. To top it all off I got a parking ticket when I got home after registering my vehicle and paying on check in. I had to call to get it cancelled which bothered me after the epic

Met my expectations. No problems Staff excellent

Pros: Great stay. Parking is £5. Wifi was great. Bar and restauant also good Cons: EV would not take my charge card. You need the app
