Pros: Courtney, the front desk staff member, was a lifesaver. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a long day of travel. We were jet-lagged and could barely function. He went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and even parking our rental car after figuring out how to restart it. We are incredibly thankful for his kindness and exceptional customer service. Cons: The cost for parking was outrageous.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and very good service from Rivifa and Edwin Cons: You have to pay for parking which we were not notified and we were told the hotel was 8 minutes from the aquarium which it was not. Our friends shower was flooded and not clean and had to request a new room for them below average hotel resulting from additional cost and missed unclean bathroom

Pros: Location Cons: This hotel does not have any luggage carts. They keep saying that if they're in the vestibule, then they're there, but they never had any the entire time I was there. There was pet urine on the carpet, blood on the comforter. The facility was dirty and the morning of checkout, they ran out of hot water because everyone in the hotel was taking a shower at the same time. I would never stay here again.

Conveniently located

Pros: Close to airport & stadium. The on-site shuttle was convenient to jump in to nearby dining, shopping, and airport Cons: A slight glitch at check-in. Staff resolved it promptly.
