Pros: Location Cons: Only 1 elevator worked which led to a line of approximately 15 people waiting. The employees saw the line of people waiting for the one elevator and did nothing until myself and another guest said something. At that point an employee took people to a service elevator.
Not what I expected , I will not stay at a Hilton hotel again. I will stick with Marriott Bonvoy
Pros: The staff were friendly. Cons: The room was outdated and had an old smell. The AC was loud. The door was hard to open. When I received my bill, I was charged an additional $127 in taxes and fees of which a $35 dollars destination fee?

Pros: I like the outside of the hotel Cons: The carpets in the room were extremely dusty,the room was humid and the air conditioner made a lot of noise.I suffer from severe allergies and I had to go to the Emergency room at night because I couldn’t sleep due to shortness of breath
Okay ophold - havde forventet bedre kvalitet.
Pros: Morgenmaden i hverdagen var fantastisk, da det ikke var en buffet men man kunne vælge udfra et lækkert menu kort. Der var buffet i weekenden. Beliggenheden er fantastisk tæt på restauranter og riwer walk. Cons: Badeværelserne er med bruser i et badekar, og bruseren hænger for lavt. Aircon boblede højlydt om natten og jeg fik nogle beskidt håndklæder. Morgenmaden kunne være lidt stressende, da restauranten var underbemandet hele ugen og tjenerne nærmest løb rundt.
