Pros: LOCATION, ROOM SIZE Cons: Waiting for the elevator to come without knowing when and where it is now' was crazy!!! Must notify the gusts the status of the elevator.

Great choice for downtown stay
Stayed 4 nights in a cityview king suite corner room with balcony. The room was comfortable, in good working order and all staff very professional and efficient. We particularly enjoyed a late lunch in the restaurant; delicious and an excellent value. The location is outstanding with many transit stops nearby; and convenient grocery market next door. The only issue we experienced, at checkout, 25-30 min wait for an elevator down from the 28th floor. Admittedly, staff said not unusual on summer weekends at check out time, 11am. A solid choice for a downtown stay.

Great property for a pre-cruise overnight stay
Booked one night here before our Princess Alaska cruise. Great convenient location in the heart of downtown. Staff are wonderful. Dinner at the Fanny Bay Oyster Co. was outstanding. Will def stay here next trip to YVR.
