Hilton York

Pros: Fantastic stay, the staff were excellent and helpful. Included breakfast was very good and the restaurant for dinner was exceptional. We will be back. Cons: Nothing.

Location ideal

The property was in a location for our needs and the cost was only a fraction more than another major brand hotel but it included breakfast. The room had a large bed extremely comfortable the room also had a wardrobe and adjoined cupboards and a safe at the bottom of the bed was a very large television the bathroom was very well laid out and included a good selection of towels the breakfast was excellent and laid out over a large area which meant you could easily get around

Staff brilliant especially Michael who looks after our cars

Pros: Everything is always 1st Class that is why we always return Cons: Everything perfect

Pros: Clean hotel and professional friendly staff Cons: Car parking fee could be lower, as we are already paying for the room, should be lower than street parking payment

lovely experience would book again

Pros: location was brilliant. full access lifts to all floors Cons: nothing
