Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast; amazing variety of cold and hot options for all, including vegetarian and gluten and lactose free. Everything is cooked and displayed with lots of care. Very good size and quiet standard room, (asked for one in the back). Arrived earlier for checking in but didn't wait long to be installed. Location in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location. It's in the midst of he design district, a short walk form all downtown attractions and the marina, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and right next door to the mall Cons: Some basic things you expect at this price point - kettle and coffee in the room, daily cleaning service,had to be asked for before the as given. I paid equal for other hotels that offered more.

Pros: Kiva huone, jossa tällä kertaa wc ja pesutilat erikseen. Toimi hyvin kahdelle hengelle. Laskutilaa riittävästi. Hyvät sängyt. Hyvä aamiainen. Tavarat pystyi jättämään säilytykseen uloskirjautumisen jälkeen junan lähtöön saakka. Cons: Respan nuori mies ei osannut vastata suomeksi matkatavarasäilystä koskevaan kysymykseen. Asia toki selvisi toisen avustuksella. Aamiaisella haudutettu puuro ei ollut oikein onnistunut. Ryynit ja neste erillään. Mutta tuo vain pieni kauneusvirhe kokonaisuudessa.
