I would highly recomend it to anyone.

Pros: It was exactly what I was looking for. My own room with bathroom, and essential kitchen needs. The communal areas almost next door. Great security system. within walking distance to most of what I was wanting, and the helpful staff showed me the shortcut to Victoria st where the busses went. Quiet. and on the flat. Cons: Maybe a couple of nice cafe's nearby, There were plenty of places where you could buy takeaway food, maybe there was cafe but I didn't find any that were open later in the afternoon.

The room is quite spacious for a single room.

Pros: La cama es medianamente cómoda y la ubicación está bastante bien y céntrica Cons: Los baños estaban tremendamente sucios. No hay personal que limpie, solo a la mañana, para la noche estaban todo un asco.

Okay

Pros: Location was okay. 30 min walk to spark arena or 15 to the CDB. Beds were comfortable Cons: The place is a bit run down and airflow isn’t the best. think the stay would very much depend on the people you’re sharing a room with. I think the people currently there on our stay were messy so the showers were always gross. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared functional but tired.
