I would certainly avoid staying there again
Pros: The room was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small The breakfast was ok but the the public areas are unclean with the chairs being particularly dirty Cons: The evening meal was poor and the less I say about the restaurant the better. I’ve been in cleaner roadside cafes, again the upholstered chairs are disgustingly dirty and I had to ask for the table to be cleaned before I sat down
It suited our needs for a stop off on the way back to Cornwall

Lovely or families
Pros: Very good for kids - everything was thought of, even the little play area in the restaurant was perfect so we could enjoy a cup of tea and watch them play. Breakfast was great, pancakes were welcomed! Cons: The room wasn’t completely clean, there was dust and cobwebs on the ceiling, a thick line of dust behind the headboard and the sink could’ve done with some Limescale remover. The pool water was very cloudy, and the grouting of the tiles was also a bit dated.
