Great modern hotel and friendly staff
Pros: Modern hotel, large well equipped accessible room, great check-in process and generous breakfast Cons: No on-site carpark, and the loading places are quite limited in busy time. Upside is the secure carpark (over the road), register rego at reception for a good discount

Northern hospitality partnered with hotel perfection = heaven!
Pros: Hotel perfectly placed for easy access to all the attractions and venues with tram stop and train station on the doorstep. Absolutely fell in love with the SOAK toiletries, just wish they were available to buy. Debbie in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic and turned a bowl of porridge into a work of art!! Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, in fact we loved everything about it Cons: There wasn't anything not to like. Everything was spot on and the lady on reception even managed to source us a rubber shower mat
