Not bad, but with a little extra thought could be so much better.
Pros: Friendly staff. Reasonable menu in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast Cons: Storage for clothes in our room was poor. No hooks at all to hang jackets etc. Wardrobe hanging space was minimal. Bathroom was OK, but quite impossible to use the shower without soaking the bathroom. No door on the shower enclosure.
Passables City Hotel
Helpful staff. Clean premises. Would stay again
Clean. Helpful staff
I was there for one night for work and it was fine but not great.
Pros: Excellent breakfast and excellent staff throughout the hotel (I had dealings with cleaners, reception and management and all were delightful and very helpful) Cons: Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Carpets in the hallway on the first floor looked grubby, and the overall impression of the hallway to bedrooms was tired and unwelcoming. Room was fine but thank goodness the aircon worked as the window catch was broken and it was impossible to open the window, Room had a distinctly musty smell, probably as a result of the window situation.
