Family stayed over they find it very comfy and where well looked after

Pros: Customer service was amazing and the room was very spacious and organised. Cons: Nothing really is exactly as expected.

Poor. Very expensive for what I got and I travel a lot and stay in many Hoteks as a Genius customer.

Pros: The location was near to where I wanted to go and it had a car park. Cons: My room was not clean. The sheets did not smell clean and had marks on them. I had no TV control and had to ask for one. There were hairs on the towels and bathroom floor. When getting out of the bath the safety rail collapsed and I could have been badly injured. It was rusty and not screwed in to the wall and looked like it had been that way for some time. The toilet seat was coming off its hinges. For £165 for one night I expected better. No biscuits or water or fridge in the room either. The room was cold and t

Friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was perfect and welcoming. Excellent value for money. I would recommend the Holiday Inn to everyone
