Ok, not great and not poor but ok if that makes sense, certainly not worth the £303 paid that was also room only.
Pros: Location was where we needed it to be for what we wanted.
Cons: Car Park and how to register, staff member not helpful in terms of how to log in and register, told me to read the sign on the front desk and if not working to visit the duty manager but didn’t inform me where they were and that I only had 15mins to do so and if not done within this time then I would be fined!
Very poor air conditioning and didn’t blow any cold air out into the room.
Premium double room with sofa bed not fit for purpose for 2 adults and two children (age 13 and 15) Sofa bed far too small and when I request
