Dissappointing room
Pros: Location and clean facilities Cons: Very dated. Rooms need upgrading. Furniture had 3 different types of handles. Rooms are not 4 star

Good but not more
Pros: The location was ideal. Cons: The breakfast room was very air-conditioned, you had to come with a down jacket. The staff was moderately friendly. Noisy next to the elevator

Great location to explore Cardiff
The room was nice because it had enough space for two large suitcases and had an a/c. The location is excellent right in the heart of Cardiff. The breakfast was a buffet-style and had plenty of choice.

A very enjoyable stay. Cardiff is a great place to visit for a short break.
Pros: First room was very small - dungeon size. Exchanged room much better. Breakfast very good. Coffee excellent. Location was ideal. Cons: Checking out was a bit traumatic. Accounting errors. Still awaiting resolution.
