Pros: Buena ubicación con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos

Pros: Buena ubicación con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Fácil acceso al transporte público al centro. El diseño de la suite era muy espacioso y genial para una estancia larga. El desayuno estaba bien, pero para una estancia larga estaría bien si variaran más. El personal del restaurante fue excepcional. Cons: El personal de recepción aburrido, no grosero, simplemente no acogedor ni servicial. Hicieron lo mínimo en el check-in. Durante la estancia hubo un pequeño incendio en el ascensor que dificultó el acceso a la habitación. Muchas reglas menores publicadas alrededor de la propiedad

Pros: Good location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Easy transit access to downtown. Suite lay-out was very roomy and great for a longer stay. Breakfast was okay, but for a longer stay would be nice if they mixed it up. Restaurant staff was outstanding. Cons: Front desk staff bored, not mean, just not welcoming or helpful. Did the bare minimum of check-in. Minor elevator fire during stay made room access more difficult. Lots of minor rules posted around the property, like they don't expect good guest behavior any more.

Pros: Gladys was amazing, very friendly & helpful

Pros: Gladys was amazing, very friendly & helpful. Staff at the restaurant was very nice. Cons: No comp for fire alarm leaving us out of our room at 11 at night & 0 notification when/it was okay to come back in. We made the decision after 45 mins & had to ask the front desk if it was safe. We got mixed messages.
