The front desk associates were helpful and very accommodating. I didn’t have to ask for anything for my trip. He (Marcus) asked why I was in town for and proceeded to tell me everything I needed and it was appreciated! He definitely told me about all the things I needed about “ LUV”.
Excellent hotel. Kind staff. SPACIOUS and well furnished rooms with good AC. Very clean and welcoming. Good food. Would stay here again.
The free shuttle and the drivers were friendly and very helpful
Pros: Convenience Cons: I booked a 2 bed room and twice i was given a 1 king room so I just didn't bother to correct them anymore
It just wasn’t a friendly welcoming and we were just very uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all.
Pros: The restaurant was nice. Breakfast was good and the people were very friendly very clean. Cons: When we came in to check in, the lady wasn’t really friendly at the front desk, which is different from what we’re used to because the last time we were there which was a week prior to that the facilities were great. The front desk welcomed us warmly the visit was wonderful this time we walked in like I said the lady wasn’t real friendly, but it was OK. We were fine but when we got to our room later through the night something happened I don’t know what but it was very hot in there and humid i
