Holiday Inn Express Airdrie by IHG

MY STAY WAS ENJOYABLE AND WAS ABLE REST AND RELAXS AND MOST OF ALL IT WAS PEACFUL.

Pros: I REALLY ENJOYED THE FOOD ESPECIALLY THE BREAKFAST ESPECIALLY THE PANCAKES AND ALOT TO CHOOSE FROM. THE LOCTION WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION AND IF YOU NEED TO HAVE A DRINK CAN USE EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT OPEN. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELLY HELPFUL AND WHEN NEEDED HELP THEY WERE RIGHT THERE. Cons: THE ONLY ISSUE THAT I RAN INTO IS TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO SIT. PEOPLE THAT ARE DONE REMAIN SITTING STARING AT NEW PEOPLE THAT ARE COMING IN. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST ISSUE IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL. ITS PEOPLE THAT LACK RESPECT FOR OTHERS.

Pros: Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were beautiful Cons: Needed gluten free options for breakfast. A separate toaster would be helpful too

Very pleasant

Pros: Very clean and great location. Had safety features in bathroom were great! Plenty of room for luggage and very roomy. Cons: There wasn’t anything in particular that was wrong. Only one elevator for 4 floors and only two luggage carts.

Disappointed with the pool

Pros: Great Breakfast Cons: The pool is absolutely freezing cold and this was a huge disappointment as it’s the reason we booked was for pool and slide.

Pros: Nothing at all. Our stay at your hotel is a nightmare. It was very dirty: carpet smelled like dirty socks unclean, very tough bad smell, not comfortable, towels at the bathrooms were very dirty even though it seemed washed and yellow stains on them, disgusting, noisy room that we couldn't' sleep the first night with feet walk on our head late at night, sofas are dirty, table is dirty, swimming pool unclean. At the bottom line, we spent our money for nothing.. we really wasted money. I don't like the food at breakfast : scrambled eggs are cold and without a taste. Cheap jams. Is this how
