Enjoyable
Pros: It was nice to have free parking, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite sufficient. Cons: The air conditioning was working on cold setting and couldn't be turned off. When we wanted to switch to heat, they said at the reception that it wasn't possible. We had trouble with this because of the children.

Average hotel but great staff
Pros: The staff were professional yet friendly and welcoming. When I told Maria I was staying the next night with a group, she made it so I didn't have to change rooms. I didn't even have to ask! :) Cons: The windows don't open. I understand for safety reasons but it's not great. Also, the shower floor joints are grimy and rusted and desperately need replacing. The bed was too narrow and the mattress lumpy and uncomfortable.

It was okay. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t exceptional
Pros: The lobby was very clean. The dining area and staff were very polite and clean. Cons: The front desk person that checked us in seemed to not understand how to help us. There’s no breakfast meat served. No juice options
