Holiday Inn Express and Suites New Orleans Airport by IHG

Pros: Great customer service front desk staff. Cons: No, bar soap in the bathroom, but I didn't ask, I assumed we use the liquid soap on the wall.

Recommend it!

The bed was so comfortable! Staff at the reception was so friendly!

Convenient and economic option by the airport

Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. I do like the fact that they had free coffee both regular and decaf fresh brewed from a machine 24 hours a day. Cons: The cleaners didn't do the best job and I did find hairs in the bathroom so that's not very professional. The fixtures were worn and they were Rusty door frames and bathroom fixtures. The woodwork also needed a refresh. The breakfast was quite sad and very ordinary, but the pancake machine was innovative, although you had to go two or three times to actually get a fair amount of pancakes. The pool needed to be cleaned a

Great place to stay while traveling

Pros: Very comfortable room, great breakfast and convenient airport shuttle. Cons: TV remote didnt work but minor inconvenience

I will definately retun and tell my friends about this hotel.

Pros: The hotel was nice and comfortable, we have stayef here several times usually under my husbands account. We always enjoy our stay here, everyone we encountered are alwsys nice and helpful. Comfortsble clean rooms and good selections for breakfast. Housekeeper Ingrid was so sweet getting a crib setup for my infant grandson. Keep up the good work, we will be back. Cons: sometimes the sports bar have events and you can't park on the property. That's the only downside, hotel guests have to park across the street in another business parking lot.
