Cons: Nous n'avons pas eu les chambres que nous avions réservées et payées à l'avance ! J'aimerais que quelqu'un fasse un suivi avec moi à ce sujet. Un canapé contre un lit double = pas de comparaison. Aucune autre chambre. Aucune solution. Juste de l'attitude. Et la réception affichait un code QR pour essayer de vous inciter à leur donner un pourboire. C'était vraiment de mauvais goût. De plus, cela a empiré quand il n'y avait aucun soutien. No communication with the hotel
Pros: Clean and well-located hotel. Good value for money.
Cons: Despite several messages, I received no response from the establishment. We were supposed to arrive at the airport around midnight and I sent them messages to find out if their shuttle service would still be available at this time. With no response from them, we waited for the shuttle anyway, which never arrived. So we had to take a taxi and arrived at the hotel at 1 am. This late arrival was charged $25. Very disappointed by this lack of communication and information, as well as this charge that we find abusive! Not to mention th

Ma famille a passé une nuit rapide ici (7/9/2026) en provenance de Chicago et arrivant à NOLA vers 1h du matin, moi, mon mari et nos deux jeunes enfants. Nous avons été enregistrés par une femme vraiment gentille et joyeuse, malgré l'heure tardive.
