Great place to stay, wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: The room and bathroom were both spotless and a good size. There was even a welcome note from the cleaning lady. There was no problem with changing towels or getting more tea/coffee supplies. Staff are friendly and helpful. We left an item behind and Sharon very kindly packaged it up for the courier to collect. She even advised me which courier to contact. The free breakfast includes the full range of cereals, bread and pastries, fruit, etc as well as a full buffet of cooked items. If you don't have the time for a sit down breakfast, they provide to-go cups and containers for your breakfa
Good all round stay breakfast was a little crowed and much of the food had run out however we managed a little breakfast
Easy to find and the staff were welcoming on arrival.
Great stay and value for money
Pros: Easy check in, we got there late on the night but the staff made it easy, good location from the town centre, breakfast was included and was really tasty.
Cons: For a family room it wasn't very spacious. Also there was 4 in the room but only 2 towels and enough tea and coffee for 2 people.

Not at all like the pictures, filthy and smells.
Pros: The receptionist was good, Izabela, although the hotel was horrible. We were able to cancel one our rooms, and get a refund, and that is commendable.
Cons: Dirty, filthy, and cannabis smell in the hallway, blue junkie lights in the bathrooms, hairs in the bed, the carpets need immediate ripout as the are so disgusting. We left.
