Pros: The location, parking and the food Cons: I had to request for change because the first room I was given had a bed that was not good enough. It also had a particular smell but this was changed for me to a perfect one

Very under staffed hotel

Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was good Cons: Only 2 staff on, on our arrival and they we're rushed off there feet, ordered food which took an hour felt sorry for them both as one of them was having to cook food as well as serving the bar , really need to sort staff out as they dont deserve good staff like them 2. It was a really busy Friday night and they still managed a smile

Pros: Excellent breakfast with a wide range of options. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff were friendly, responsive and professional and tge location waz ideal for easy road access to prinary mitor routes. Cons: Nothing.

Very good until the breakfast incident.

Pros: Comfortable room that was clean and well looked after. The book in staff were excellent and friendly. Food we ate was was more than acceptable. Cons: Sadly after a good couple of days our last morning at breakfast the food ran out. There were no sausages, bacon, mushrooms, boiled eggs, cheese or hash browns. There were intermittent refills some of which turned up after breakfast ending at 09:30. My own breakfast ended up at as one sausage, as that was all that was there, the remains of the scrambled eggs. Most everything else was missing. Eventually some bacon and cheese turned up, af

Pros: breakfast is good, the room is clean and beautiful , comfortable bed the only thing I didn't like is noise because my room was located in the mean road , so I didn't sleep well Cons: noise from the road/motorway!
