Easy to get to from motorway, also able to charge EV on site. Convenient for theatre.

Wetroom issues
Pros: Breakfast, lovely and hot, well cooked! Size of room was good. Staff friendly. Cons: Wetroom a disaster. Looked lovely, but incorrect design, so nothing staff could help with. Flooring became very slippy when wet, didn't drain quickly enough (appeared to be no camber to drain) Wetroom flooded whole room during shower, floor slippy, no dry area, so couldn't even safely use toilet after. Not enough shelf space in Bathroom for myself and husband to leave washbags and then place clothes to change into. So sorry HIE, you very very nice but it needs to be addressed. Lumpy uncomfortable pillows
