Pros: Convenient, clean and very welcome. The bed is a bit too soft for my likings. That is just me, I like my bed very firm. Everything there is clean and comfortable. The breakfast food is excellent. There is a pub nearby, and a park and ride not far, plus a Morrison supermarket quite close to the hotel. Very convenient. Not far from the motorway (A1). Cons: None to complain about. A lovely place.

Pleasant stay
Pros: Lovely decor, clean and professional looking. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice although the sausages were a bit disappointing and I'm not a fan of smoked bacon. Cons: Breakfast sausage quality wasn't great and I don't like smoked bacon on a breakfast, the milk dispenser was also empty 30 mins before end of service so I couldn't have any cereal. Not enough toilet roll.
