My stay at the hotel was super amazing but what made it exceptional is the staff especially Mahmoud, Rachel and Madushan they were the best part of the experience!! Big shout out to them and I will never forget the heartwarming help and support they gave me
DISASTER EXPERIENCE- RIP OFF- DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros: I have known this hotel for quite a long time as I used to stay there earlier. This year in June and July I stayed for approx. 10 days. The hotel has no pool.Twice it has happened that the resuable bottles were empty and I had to go down to inform them still 1 of the bottle was empty which was the body lotion. I mean are you that lazy that when you check in a new guest you don't check the amenities. The hotel was under renovation. The rates were 230-300 aed a night. The hotel was charging including breakfast there was no option to just pay for the room and not the breakfast. The breakfas
