A lovely hotel. I went as a single visitor and felt safe and comfortable.
I was in an accessibility room. It was lovely and greatly enhanced my stay.

Not a good experience
Pros: Quiet location and good breakfast. Cons: The air conditioning system did not work in the first room we were booked into. There was a fan so the staff knew the air con was not working. We weren’t advised. We ended up calling reception and were moved to another room. The air con was struggling and we found it switched off during the night.
