Do not fall for the convenience of the free shuttle to the hotel. The service is very poor.
Cons: Shuttle service was dreadful. The driver informed that the van would not go to the hotel and, after 1 hour, I called the hotel again and the receptionist said I was not at the expected location. I rented a car and arrived at the hotel along with the van driver!!!!
Spacious room
Pros: The hotel is very well located. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cons: The breakfast is good, however, I have a son allergic to dairy and eggs and I could not find a bread with only wheat and water, I could not read the ingredients of the bread provided and there was no banana. My son did not have breakfast and I had to arrange it outside. He only needed plain bread or banana. I did not even ask for vegetable cream. Paid parking at $10.

Pros: The pool was nice
Pros: The pool was nice. It was a short trip to the airport. Most of the staff was friendly. Cons: We had a cockroach in our bathroom and our neighbors were yelling/fighting for over 30 minutes late at night. I could hear things being tossed. We were concerned and called the front desk. We were never offered a discount and the whole situation was dismissed when we checked out.
