Holiday Inn Express Holland by IHG

Amazing !

This hotel was very nice! Well maintained, clean and very friendly staff! I loved how they immediately sent a text welcoming us to the hotel once we checked in! The managers took the time to text to see if everything was good and when they noticed that my mom's room had the DND sign, they asked if we needed the room done. When I explained that my mom was in bed sick, but that if it was possible to just clean her bathroom, they said no problem and did so without making any noise! They also said they hoped she would feel better soon! The breakfast was good. The rooms were very nice and comfortab

It was great to be there, but I thought it was a little expensive

Good location and nice comfortable hotel

Pros: Convenient location. Clean hotel and room. Free breakfast, had a lot of options and was very good. Pool and hot tub were very nice, especially liked the adult swim only after 10:30pm to midnight. Cons: Only had one elevator for 4 floors, had to wait for the elevator a lot.
