Pleasant stay very close to station
Pros: Location was fantastic, easy to find. Staff exceptional, helpful, polite, working hard, beds comfortable, very clean everywhere. Cons: Lift was very slow to arrive and once arrived but doors did not open then it left again. This meant we walked 6 floors down! One lift had no emergency call button working, very loud doors at 2am Saturday night which disturbed my sleep, location of cutlery and napkins at breakfast is inconvenient - better if they were to the side so guests don't have to queue near got food just to get a knife.

Super affordable excellent location, spotlessly clean
Pros: Location is super so handy for the train station, parking shopping and everything and very close to the Arena can fault in anyway. Cons: Spotless, clean very good value for money. Breakfast was super

Comfortable and convenient base for exploring Hull and its attractions
Pros: Easy access to the city Cons: Not easy to find the access to the car park. The postcode didn’t help. It would have been helpful to have a more detailed description of where the entrance is

Very pleased, will definitely be going again.
10/10 for cleanliness staff very friendly, breakfast was spot on.
