Always excellent

Pros: I ve stayed here multiple times over the years and the staff, rooms and the breakfast is always 100% I most definitely recommend if your looking for a hotel close to the city centre but yet quiet enough at night to sleep soundly. The rooms are always clean and the bed is super comfy. The bathroom is always spotless and the shower is one of the best I've ever had at an hotel. Cons: Nothing.. I always have a wonderful stay

Good location but was cheaper on IHG website so should have checked there before booking!

Pros: Good location, good price parking. Blackout curtains and AC made this a comfortable room Cons: Cleanliness was ok- details need addressing- dust and grime on some fittings in toilet and bathroom ( toilet roll holder was really dusty and overflow for sink which is visible in mirror was really grim.
