An amazing experience
Pros: The reception staff went above and beyond on our arrival. our room had no air conditioning and as it was so hot, we went to speak to a member of staff and they changed our rooms. Also the staff were very pleasant and chatty. Cons: N/A

Pros: - Ms. Izabela - Very comfortable bed - Nice location - Light-blocking curtains Cons: - Noise coming from the construction near it since early morning; the windows are not noise-blocking very well - Terrible breakfast with "scrambled eggs" from a powder and not a single vegetable - AC wasn't working and it seems it hasn't been working for a while, no idea why they didn't fix it yet - Weird smell of an old room - Dirty windows
