Pros: Location & parking Cons: AIR CON broken in a heatwave!!!! Breakfast very disappointing compared to other HI. No big plates, bacon very pink, staff who were training a new person were making the trainee so scared she was shaking!!!

Clean value for money hotel wth a warm welcome for all

lovely breakfast would come again.
Pros: fab breakfast. comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Cons: no air con (it was broken for the whole building). no gin and tonic at the bar (served gin and soda water instead! which was undrinkable)
Staff very helpful but facilities slightly lacking
Pros: The location was good and staff were very polite and helpful Cons: The air conditioning was not working and although a fan was supplied it made very little difference to the temperature of the room. There was no plug socket near the mirror for use with hair straighteners or anything else. There needs to be a mirror over the desk or another socket near the mirror.
