Not up to standard
Pros: Breakfast Cons: I'm usually happy with Holiday Inn Express and I'm not one to complain but this is the second time they have let us down. This time our room had a soaking wet carpet from the second morning of us being there, it appears that water from the shower room was escaping from the shower/toilet room although the floor inside was was totally dry. We reported it to reception who told us to place our towels on the bedroom floor to mop up the wet as there were no maintenance staff available over the weekend which we did for 2 days. I suggested at reception that they might consider ch
