For a good price, we got nice hotel accommodation in a great location, with breakfast included. Overall, a good value f
Pros: Breakfast was included in the price of the stay. Cons: The room had a big glass window overlooking a busy street with a high concentration of people, so it was sometimes a bit noisy and lacked privacy.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally helpful. I planned a whole trip with a picky toddler and got his homemade meal with the intention that I have a fridge and microwave in my room. Turns out there wasn't as I didn't comfirm before booking. What could have been a nightmare for 3 days in Manchester turns out great, courtesy of the amazing staff that went out of their way and provided us with steady ice t9 preserve our meal. I truly appreciate that. Cons: The rug in our room needs either changing or a good wash. It gives a smell i don't like
