Muy contentos en nuestra estadia en el hotel!!
Pros: Muy bien las instalaciones, el personal atento y los servicios tambien muy bien, solo no teniamos jabon de manos en el lavabo. el desayuno que se ofrece aunque no es tan variado estaba muy rico y con sazón. Cons: Tal vez mayor variedad en el desayuno, y a nosotros no nos tocó, pero llega un momento en que el espacio destinado para que desayunen los huespedes se satura y tienen que esperar, creo que ahí deben de inmediato ofrecer el área de restaurante que puede ser de oportunidad, por si los huespedes llegaran a desear algo mas..

Cons: No prestan atención a las solicitudes que se hacen a través de booking Pedí almohadas extra e info sobre la ducha y no me las dieron ni me lo comentaron. Mi habitación daba a la calle y con ruido y no tuvieron consideración por decirles que mi estancia era para un post-operatorio. Pero de ahí en fuera, todo Ok
