Parfait pour ce que je cherchais.

J'ai dû me rendre à Philly pour un rendez-vous à l'hôpital des yeux Wills, j'étais à l'hôtel du dimanche 19 juillet au 21 juillet. Je dois dire que l'équipe de la réception était géniale ! Sean, Solomon et Ari ont tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable ! Et Charles, qui est le responsable de la sécurité, est définitivement l'homme de la situation. Il y avait une gentille dame d'Angleterre qui travaillait également à la réception, mais je n'ai pas eu son nom, gentille dame ! Et le personnel le mardi lorsque j'ai fait le check-out était très gracieux envers cette vieille femme de Caroline du

Amical, serviable et accueillant !
Antonio, Miss Cat et le reste de l'équipe du petit-déjeuner étaient très amicaux et serviables. La nourriture était vraiment bonne et ils la reconstituaient constamment. S'ils avaient besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient rapides pour vous le procurer. Gail du service d'entretien était également très attentive à nos besoins. Elle était rapide pour reconstituer nos serviettes et attentionnée pour demander si notre chambre avait besoin d'être rafraîchie tous les jours. L'équipe de la réception était joyeuse et serviable à l'arrivée après minuit. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis.
