Pros: Location and very comfortable Cons: No fried eggs

Clean room, very friendly staff, a good variety of breakfast dishes, and a convenient location if you're travelling by car. The hotel is located right next to a shopping centre

Pros: The staff was really nice and friendly, bed was comfortable and I especially liked the toiletries, the shampoo deserves a mention as it was really good for my hair (fine and easy to tangle). Cons: Whilst the rest of the furniture seemed rather new, the carpet in the bedroom had quite a few stains.

Facilities are fine but staff could do with caring a bit more

Pros: The property was sufficient enough to also us to sleep the night. Cons: When woke up the following morning my wife got out of bed and something scratched her leg, turns out there was a loose spring poking out through the mattress. I did go and report it to the front desk and someone came up and offered us another room, but there was no interest in how my wife was no offer of first aid or reporting in a form of accident book. Also there was an option where you could stream stuff from your phone to your tv in your room. Using both TVs from the two rooms we had I had no success at doing thi
