We had a group of 57 people and everything was absolutely amazing. Risa was so good to work with as we planned this trip. Everything was organized from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the breakfast was perfect, the rooms were comfortable, an all around great place to stay! I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Florence KY! Miriam Aho
Great place & staff
Very clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Mary at the front desk was great with our large group. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety. Highly recommend to anyone staying in this area.
Cons: No coffee in the room, only available in the lobby. I am not going to the lobby in my pajamas.
Mary and Lily
I stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cincinnati frequently for work, and over the years I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Mary and Lily. They are truly the heart of this hotel. As a pilot with 21Air, my colleagues and I spend about two weeks away from home every month. Being away from family isn’t always easy, but Mary and Lily always make us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles make the hotel feel like a second home. They always greet us by name, remember the little things, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. The
