I was unable to get the rest I really needed.
Pros: Location Cons: Had to change rooms because of a very loud AC. TV remote also didn’t work. Then had a fire alarm go off at 1:45am. Night manager was new and said she hadn’t been trained on fire alarms. Took a long time for 911 to arrive and very long to get alarms turned off
Pros: The pool was fairly warm and clean. Cons: Air conditioner was loud, breakfast was passable-i just had toast-eggs were runny,
Very disappointing! We stayed there a week. Our door keys stopped working every day. Front desk was very unfriendly. Saturday morning they ran out of coffee. They said they had to wait on a delivery truck the next day. On Monday morning the breakfast area was closed until 8:30 am They said the cook had just gotten there and their oven blew up! On the weekends they said breakfast was served until 10 am but I went at 9 30 they were out of eggs and a lot of other things. I asked if there would be any more food and the lady said no, she had turned off the oven. We paid around $1,500 for
Late night hotel search
Pros: Everything was great. We rolled in about 8 pm and had a nice clean room within minutes. The lady at the desk was nice and even had a smile that late at night. The breakfast the next day was good also. Cons: The only issue we had was the faucet for the tub was loose which made it a little difficult to use and the tub drain was draining very slowly. We did tell them about it at checkout. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means.
Poor checkin experience- Mold in the bathroom
Tripadvisor delayed our checkin due to their poor customer service with the more than accommodating person at the front desk. The bathroom had mold growing on the shower ceiling. Probably due to the lack of a working fan in the bathroom.
