Pros: It was nice & clean smelled good. It was very up to date regarding technology Cons: I did not like that I could not self park! Paying $54 to valet park as an only option ! 👎👎👎 I am handicapped & needed to self park. Staff did not tell us we had to use the room key to get up the elevator

It was in a great location, was very clean and had great amenities. We loved it!
It was a nice room and stay that was ultimately bookended with experiences I wouldn't want to repeat
Pros: Facility was clean. Room was comfortable with brands of soap /shampoo I was familiar with (something that I've never heard happen before). TV in room was fairly large and decent lighting in the room. Large, good tasting breakfast selection. Cons: Amenity fee. I expect my check out to be zero payment required, knowing I don't use things like shuttles, gym, pool, bar, hotel food. Anything listed as complimentary would in fact be complimentary (and just included with cost of room up front). When asking front desk person to explain the fee, there was brief explanation, but when faced with "w

Pros: It was clean and close to the hospital where we had a procedure the next morning. Cons: The shower was the worst part as the floors were soaked and it was hard to contain the water in the shower and actually shower at the same time.
