Pros: it was fine Cons: I have tried repeatedly to get a emailed copy of my receipt and was disconnected both times

Disappointing

Pros: You had a free room Cons: Your advertisement said you did a free shuttle which is why I booked it to then be told you don’t and had to pay $40 on an uber to get there

Pros: The staff was very helpful in helping us get into our room early which was much appreciated after a red eye flight. The size of the room was great for NYC. The hotel location was convenient for attending the US Open. Cons: The neighborhood around the hotel wasn't the nicest.
