Not impressed.
Pros: Conveniently placed for travelling on. Cons: The staff were ok except one who was a downright misery. Obviously did not want to be there. The admin between hotel and booking com was appalling The smell in the room number 35 was appalling it was sewers. This is apparant in other rooms we have stayed in this hotel lately ground floor(family rooms).

God value.
Pros: Good sized room with comfortable beds. Nice power shower. Pleased to have air conditioning although a little noisy. Free onsite parking was a bonus. Cons: Breakfast was rather chaotic but hotel was busy. Had to wait for more plates and knives. Air conditioning in dining area rather cool and draughty.
