Pros: The location was excellent. I liked the breakfast selection, the welcome bag, the refreshments in the lobby and it was clean. The cleaning staff even came back to clean because we were still in the room. Cons: Looks kinda run down but it was maintained.

A huge disappointment.
Cons: We booked a room for the night at the Holiday Inn Express Times Square via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we went up to the room assigned to us on the 22nd floor. However, within an hour, we encountered a major elevator malfunction that prevented us from going down; we had to use the stairs instead. Since we were scheduled to leave at 3:00 AM for a taxi to the airport, we asked when the elevator would be fixed, as we couldn't possibly carry heavy luggage down 22 flights of stairs in the middle of the night. The hotel manager stated he had no idea when the elevator would be repaired. He said
