Cons: Said that because I used a third party to put my room they could not refund my money and I was unable to use my virtual credit card as a deposit and they wouldn't take cash

Cons: Said that because I used a third party to put my room they could not refund my money and I was unable to use my virtual credit card as a deposit and they wouldn't take cash. Everywhere I Go they always complain about me using a third party to book. I thought you were in business together so I don't understand why they always look down on you when you book with a third party
